Composition: L-Leucine: 2.5 g, L-Isoleucine: 1.25 g, L-Valine: 1.25 g (1-2 servings of 7 g per day)500 g powder, with dosing scoop. Directions for use: As a food supplement, take one serving 1-2 times per day, preferably between meals, or as directed by a nutrition specialist. Prepare one serving by mixing the contents of one dosing scoop, 7 g of BCAA 2:1:1 powder, with 200-250 ml of water, juice or your preferred beverage.
