Pharmacovigilance (reporting of side effects)

To report a suspected side effect of any of Balkan Pharmaceuticals's product, we urge you to follow the steps outlined below.

Doctors and medical workers will complete the following form:

The completed forms are to be submitted to the Balkan Pharmaceuticals Pharmacovigilance Service by:

To help us process your request quickly and efficiently, please report as much relevant information as possible.

It is absolutely necessary to provide the following primary information:
1. The name of the medicine, the serial number and date of manufacture;
2. The name, sex and date of birth of the person who experienced the suspected side effect;
3. Contact details of the person reporting the suspected side effect;
4. Suspected side effects (signs and symptoms, date and time of appearance, result etc.).
