Composition: Active substance: chorionic gonadotropin 5000 IU/vial powder. Excipients: sodium carmellose, mannitol, anhydrous monosodium/disodium phosphate; solvent (1 ml): sodium chloride 9 mg, water for injections.

Indications: Gonadotropin: in women induces ovulation and supports assisted reproduction protocols (IVF); in men treats delayed puberty, undescended testicles and oligospermia.

Precautions: Contraindicated in allergy to the substance, hormone-dependent cancers, uterine malformations/fibroma incompatible with pregnancy, recent unexplained vaginal bleeding. Precautions in cardiac/renal disease, hypertension, epilepsy, migraine (men); checking ovarian function before treatment; risk of ovarian hyperstimulation (especially in polycystic ovary), multiple pregnancy, spontaneous abortion, ectopic pregnancy; increased thrombotic risk; not used during breastfeeding.
