Each tablet contains a combination of ingredients: passionflower (Passiflora) aerial parts extract 200 mg (standardised to 4% flavones); magnesium oxide 167 mg (100 mg elemental Mg); valerian root extract 100 mg (standardised to 0.8% valerenic acid); Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract 100 mg (standardised to 98% 5-HTP); L-theanine 40 mg; melatonin 2 mg.

Indication: A food supplement intended to support restful, good-quality sleep; one tablet per day is recommended, taken with water, 30 minutes before bedtime; medical advice is recommended before use, especially during pregnancy/breastfeeding or in the presence of other medical conditions.
