Descritpion and Composition
One ampoule (3 ml) of solution for injection contains diclofenac sodium 75 mg. Excipients with known effect: sodium metabisulfite, benzyl alcohol, propylene glycol. Clear, colourless to slightly yellowish solution for injection.

Indication: Symptomatic treatment of acute painful episodes in inflammatory musculoskeletal diseases and smooth-muscle spasms.

Contraindications (SmPC section 4.3): 4.3 Contraindications − Known hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1. − Hypersensitivity to other analgesics, antipyretics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and especially to acetylsalicylic acid. − History of liver disease. − Active gastrointestinal ulcer, haemorrhage or perforation. − History of gastrointestinal haemorrhage or perforation related to previous active treatment, or history of recurrent peptic ulcer/haemorrhage (two or more distinct episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding). − Last trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding (see section 4.6). − Severe hepatic impairment (see section 4.4). − Severe renal impairment (GFR
