FC Balkan Pharmaceuticals starts the new season with two consecutive wins
Balkan Pharmaceuticals constantly promotes a healthy lifestyle by supporting sports teams and events in the Republic of Moldova.

One of the success stories in this regard is the Balkan Pharmaceuticals futsal team, which has already won a gold medal (Kelme League A / 2016) and two silver medals (Moldova Cup and Joma League / 2019).

The 2019 season started with two consecutive wins. In the first match, Balkan Pharmaceuticals won against the newly promoted Steaua Dental with a score of 7:2. This was the debut match for the national player and the holder of the title of "Best player 2018-2019" - Sergiu Nicolaiciuc, who scored a hat-trick. Two goals were scored by Sergiu Munteanu and Constantin Niță, both - players of the futsal national team of Moldova.

For Sergiu Munteanu, this match was a debut in his new role as head coach.

"The position of coach means for me a lot of responsibility. My goal is to build a united team and an integral team. Together we win and together we lose. If we can achieve that, no one will be able to stand in our way”, Sergiu Munteanu told balkanpharmaceuticals.com.




In the second match, Balkan Pharmaceuticals defeated Olimpia Balti, with a score of 11:1. Sergiu Nicolaiciuc has scored 5 times, having 8 goals in just two matches. Two more goals were scored by Ion Untilov. One goal each were scored by Alexandru Timbalist, Sergiu Munteanu, Valeriu Costin and Alexei Untilov.




This season, the team aimed to win both trophies - the Moldovan Cup and the title of champion in the Joma League.

The next match will take place on Sunday, November 17, at 4:00 pm, in the venue of Futsal Arena in Ciorescu. Balkan Pharmaceuticals will fight against Nistru Chisinau.
