Dietary Supplement powder in sachets (6.5 g).Active Composition (Per Sachet): 3000 mg Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), 300 mg Green Tea Extract (of which 135 mg EGCG), 15 mg Zinc, plus a complex of 10 vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3/Niacin, B5, B6, B7/Biotin, B9/Folic Acid, B12, E).
