The product contains 100% pure Psyllium seed husk powder (Plantago ovata).Indication: Dietary supplement intended to support regular bowel transit and colon health; recommended dose is 1 level teaspoon (approx. 5 g) daily, mixed into a large glass of water (at least 250 ml) and consumed immediately, while maintaining adequate fluid intake throughout the day.
