Pseudoephedrinum + Triprolidinum

Composition: Active substances: pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 60 mg and triprolidine hydrochloride 2.5 mg/tablet. Excipients: corn starch, povidone, magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate.

Indications: Decongestant and antihistamine for the relief of cold, flu and allergy symptoms (sneezing, nasal discharge, nasal/sinus congestion, watery eyes), in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.

Precautions: Contraindicated in allergy to the components, treatment with MAOIs (or within the last 14 days), combination with decongestants/antiasthmatics/tricyclics/beta-blockers, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, angle-closure glaucoma, pheochromocytoma, hyperthyroidism, severe renal impairment; not to be given under 12 years of age. Precautions in hepatic/renal disease, asthma/emphysema, glaucoma, occlusive vascular disease, prostate disorders; risk of hallucinations, reversible posterior encephalopathy, ischaemic colitis, severe skin reactions, abuse; avoid alcohol; not recommended during pregnancy/breastfeeding; contains lactose.
