Indications:• Induction and maintenance of general anesthesia
• Sedation for surgical and medical procedures
• Control of severe seizures
• Reduction of intracranial pressure
Administration:
• Intravenous administration under medical supervision
• Initial dose: 4-6 mg/kg body weight
• Dose adjustment based on patient response
Storage:
• Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture
Warnings:
• For use only in specialized medical facilities
• Contraindicated in cases of barbiturate allergy, severe respiratory failure, shock, porphyria
• Accidental intra-arterial administration may cause severe tissue damage
