Each sachet contains BCAA 2:1:1 4000 mg (L-leucine + L-isoleucine + L-valine), L-carnitine L-tartrate 2000 mg, spirulina 1000 mg (green algae powder), guarana extract 300 mg (standardised to >22% caffeine), green tea extract 250 mg (Camellia sinensis), bitter orange fruit extract 100 mg (Citrus aurantium) and garcinia fruit extract. Other ingredients: bulking agent (maltodextrin), apple flavour, anti-caking agent (colloidal silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose).Indication: Powder dietary supplement intended to support body-weight management; taken once daily, preferably in the morning or before training, alongside a balanced diet.
